Swim safe with Rhonda
Sidestroke is a swimming technique that helps you when you are tired. So how do you do a side stroke? What you do is rest your head on one of your arms, then with your legs, you open and close them side on like scissors. Use your other arm to swim. When you do this your head should still be above the water. That gives you more energy because you might get tired of your head being under water. And that is how you do side stroke.
